OnTrax Timesheets comes with a number of pre-defined reports that are available for immediate printing or saving in a PDF format. These reports are a great way to quickly get the data you are looking for. If you would prefer to build your own report you can do so through the OLAP Reporting module.

Scheduled Reports - Never forget to run that status report again!

Once you find a report that fits your needs you can schedule that report to run at a specified time or interval such as daily or weekly. When the scheduled report runs the data is compiled and delivered to your inbox in either a PDF, Word, Excel or HTML format. These scheduled reports can also be configured to be delivered to individuals or groups of users. This is a great way to get up to the minute project or user data prior to that important status meeting.

All reporting is controlled through authorizations assigned to the individual users. Weather a user should be able to report on only themselves or everyone in the system, detailed authorizations allow you to control exactly what data each user is capable of seeing in the system.
