Import & Export Capabilities
Included with every purchase of OnTrax are standard Import/Export capabilities that make integration with third party systems both manageable & complete. Unlike some competitors, no matter how many users you have licenses for, both our standard and custom import/export capabilities are included with no additional fees. Below are the standard import export capabilities for exporting data to systems not supported under the custom data export category. Import/Export capabilities are available via export file or an industry standard SOA API. Please contact our support department for documentation on how to use our SOA API.
Import Capabilities:
- User Information - Import user information to ease the initial setup
- Project/Budget Master Data - Import important master data, keeping OnTrax meta data in sync with external or global corporate governance. Eases the export of OnTrax data for tight integration with your existing system landscape
Export Capabilities:
- Time / Expense / General Expense Data - Choose from a large list of available fields
- Master Data Export - Export multiple master data lists for easy import into other systems
- Detail Level / Auto Aggregation - Chose to export the data as it resides in the database or let the system auto-aggregate your data to the level of detail that you define for your extract. This function can reduce both the record count and the export size for you
All Import / Export Modules come standard with:
